Development and enhancement of this existing 5 story townhouse to a private art gallery and elegant residential units. Inspired by the modern ethos of rebirth and openness, the design consisted of the following:
-reconstructed facades with larger fenestration
-light colored stucco
-open plan
-private rear terrace and rear sculpture garden
As an associate of New York Design Architects, representatives of C2B Architecture were involved in the design services, construction document preparation, bidding and construction management of the facility.
