Extensive adaptive reuse project of an existing 16 story Neo-classical building located in the heart of NoMad. Work consisted of the conversion of existing office space into 58 high-end residential unit with full amenities.
Work was inspired by a infusion of comfortable contemporary luxury with the respect to the ethos of the past architecture. Design features from the stunning façade modifications to the elegant interior architecture.
As an associate of Zaskorski & Notaro Architects, representatives of C2B Architecture were involved in the design services, construction document preparation, bidding and construction management of the facility.
